Mike is a mechanical engineer with experience in the aerospace, water, and defense industries. Combining engineering practices and asset management methodologies, he’s skilled in strategic delivery, analytical rationale, and optimizing business processes to deliver sustainable change and long-term success.
Over the course of his career, Mike has worked within various asset management roles, from life cycle analysis and planning to competencies development. In his current role, he works alongside clients to deliver value from projects by supporting their development, offering strategic support, such as cost analysis, identifying optimization opportunities and risk mitigation.
Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter usually out and about walking the Welsh hills. He can also be found in his workshop repairing a Land Rover or honing his carpentry skills.
