Working within our building group in Ottawa, Paula is an internationally experienced mechanical engineer and team leader. She’s committed to sustainable design, designing systems that are simple to maintain and operate, while also reducing energy consumption.
Paula loves the consulting industry and the continuous learning and development of innovative solutions she can then share with her clients. She has extensive experience in the design of both new construction and complex renovation/retrofit projects, with a focus on laboratories, post-secondary institutions and recreational complexes. She is currently working on a variety projects in the National Capital Region with the City of Ottawa, University of Ottawa and Labs Canada, to name a few. Paula is a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta, BC and Ontario, and a Chartered Engineer in Ireland.
In her spare time, Paula enjoys a good book and doing anything active—especially running, biking, hiking and skiing.
