Aaron approaches every project with a people-centered mindset, whether it’s integrating desired operational elements from client staff directly into planning, design, and construction projects, or making sure project teams are aligned with client values.
Known as an energy champion for the design and implementation of high-efficiency equipment and operations, Aaron has extensive experience in water and wastewater operations and maintenance (O&M), strategic capital and master planning, and asset management for both public and private clients. Passionate about advancing clean water initiatives, he is an active member of the National Association of Clean Water Agencies, sitting on multiple committees including Water Quality and Climate & Resiliency.
When he’s not working on water projects, you can find Aaron doing most everything and anything outdoor related—from racket sports to hiking and mountain biking to off-roading.
