Marcelo has always had an affinity for science and technology, with a focus on chemistry. In his university studies, he was captivated by water. Now, he brings almost three decades of experience in the design, assembly, and operation of water treatment plants for industrial processes—mainly in domestic and industrial applications in medium and large mining projects inside and outside Chile. He’s also experienced in the production of drinking water from sea, well, and surface water.
In his leadership role, Marcelo works to develop individual and team activities and integrates engineering, training, and supervision activities. When it comes to developing successful client relationships, he believes that the key is listening, taking the necessary time so the client can explain their needs, and not overwhelming them with our experience and knowledge.
Besides having a passion for water, Marcelo has always loved music. He enjoys sharing that passion with his friends and family at home, playing guitar at gatherings around the barbeque. When he can, he loves to travel in Chile’s south.
