An industry-respected bridge engineer, Soonkweon is an integral member of our Bridges team. He has a wealth of experience in the design and assessment of large-scale structures for projects in Australia, South Korea, the Pacific Islands, and the Middle East, playing a pivotal role in successful project delivery.
Soonkweon brings more than 22 years of bridge design to his projects, including prestressed concrete, steel, cable structures and steel composite bridges. He also delivers detail design for road and rail bridges and provides internal verification and proof engineering. His recent career highlights include the Anzac Bridge Precinct Improvements project for Transport for NSW and the bridge over the Parkes to Narromine rail line.
Soonkweon loves to travel, exploring the rural countryside. With a love of the outdoors and sports, he also enjoys skiing and playing golf.
