As group leader for major projects in Victoria, Shuai is responsible for delivering our strategic vision with a focus on multidisciplinary projects. He supplements his leadership and technical experience in civil engineering with sound occupational health and safety and quality governance principles to provide exemplary technical delivery. Shuai fosters a collaborative and productive working relationship with all stakeholders, including contractors and clients, to produce designs that align with a project's objectives, delivering on value-added outcomes while bringing an enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to his work.
Shuai has worked on a range of infrastructure projects within Victoria, particularly within the detailed design delivery and construction phase of major projects. These include city-shaping projects such as CityLink Tulla Widening, West Gate Tunnel Project, Inland Rail Tranche 1, and road upgrade projects for Major Roads Projects Victoria (MRPV).
Shuai is an avid fan of English football team Arsenal, a big aviation nut, and a loving father and husband.
