Based in Melbourne, Hugh leads our Urban Infrastructure team. With over 30 years of experience, he’s played an integral role in the civil department's delivery of feasibility studies, design documentation and construction projects.
Hugh has extensive knowledge in infrastructure and commercial engineering, business and residential developments, stormwater drainage design, onsite stormwater detention, stormwater management and commercial construction. He’s passionate about nurturing the strengths and talents of his 50 strong team and is proud of their involvement in the many projects that have helped shape Victoria’s urban development and major infrastructure. Hugh has worked on major projects including the Southbank Boulevard Transformation and North East Link.
A motorcycle enthusiast, Hugh enjoys taking his new Savic electric motorcycle on country rides and long stretches of Victoria’s open roads.
