Over the past 35 years, Tina has led and supported major transportation and facility programs. A respected leader and problem solver, she excels at identifying and implementing project and business system solutions.
Involved from project mobilization through delivery and closeout, Tina’s expertise encompasses all aspects of project and program management. It also includes project oversight and reporting, contract development and administration, cost control, financial analysis, and small business program accountability. She has provided construction management services for many of California’s most transformational programs including the $2 billion CP 2-3 California High Speed Rail, the $2.1 billion Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor CM, and the $2.5 billion Westside Purple Line Extension Section 1. With a long history serving Hawaiʻi’s transportation projects, she is currently back in Honolulu supporting the $2.1 billion Honolulu Area Rapid Transit project.
Tina dedicates her time to increasing opportunities and visibility for women in the industry. She’s heavily involved in the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) and engages regularly with the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).
