Alex is a senior energy and sustainability project technical lead working with our team in Melbourne. Having studied both engineering and economics, he brings a thorough understanding of the technical sides of projects as well as the financial—Alex says it’s never been a more interesting time to be in the energy industry, solving the energy trilemma of affordability, reliability, and sustainability.
In his position, Alex completes feasibility assessments, audits, reviews, designs, due diligence and risk assessments of alternative energy system such as solar photovoltaics, wind turbines, battery storage, co-generation and waste to energy, across a wide range of sectors (residential, education, healthcare and commercial buildings). Always searching for a new way to do things, Alex is very keen on using real world operational data to inform our designs.
Outside of work, Alex loves to travel and is an avid fan of travelling, ice hockey, and Australian Rules Football (AFL).
