With more than 25 years of experience, Luigi has worked on a wide variety of transportation infrastructure projects. His focus has been on New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) infrastructure and transportation projects which involves the coordination of many stakeholders.
Luigi was involved in extensive coordination on the Mineola and Roslyn Road Grade Crossing Elimination Projects which touched on all entities experienced in large scale highway projects. As part of the high-profile Route 9A Promenade project, he coordinated with New York State, the City, utility companies, and the surrounding Battery Park City community during the design process. Luigi believes in collaborating with all agencies, both public and private, and local communities to develop a complete and cohesive solution.
Away from work, Luigi enjoys spending time with his wife and toddler. He loves to see the world through his son’s eyes, always learning and questioning.
