Behrang, or “Ben,” is a regional practice leader for our Industrial Water group. Though modest by nature, he can claim an incredible range of experience in a wide variety of industry sectors including semiconductors, power, oil and gas, mining, pulp and paper, and municipal water and wastewater industries. His current role includes preparing project work plans, scopes, budgets, and workload forecasting for staff, as well as managing project production for compliance with schedule and quality objectives.
Beyond his management role, Behrang thrives on problem solving. A hands-on engineer, he executes engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM), and progressive design build (PDB) project types in multidisciplinary team environments from beginning to the end—including conceptual design, process and mechanical detailed design, procurement, construction, startup, troubleshooting and operation. Though a seasoned leader, he sees himself as part of a team and enjoys building teams that support each member and help them to thrive.
Away from work, he enjoys family activities with his two daughters. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, snowboarding, and gardening.
