From pre-feasibility to design and build, Carin is a maritime structural engineer and designer working on major projects and across disciplines. Her role covers project management, business development, team organization, and people leadership.
With strong communication, organization, and people management skills, Carin has a knack and passion for connecting diverse teams and clients. She feels like she got a calling from the “maritime world” during university, and hasn’t looked back since, focusing on civil and structural maritime and mining infrastructure projects since 2000. Working with multiple teams on complex, multidisciplinary projects excites Carin—the Southern Moreton Bay Islands Ferry Terminals Upgrade and Port of Abbot Point T1 Expansion projects stand out as two of her most memorable professional experiences.
Carin was born to travel, is multilingual, and has three sons—her weekends are filled with sports and outdoor activities.
