Mark is a chartered professional electrical engineer who started his career in the Republic of Ireland before relocating to Perth, Western Australia in 2011 when we were delighted to welcome him to our electrical team.
Due to his trade experience, Mark has a robust grasp of codes and faces issues with a take-charge attitude. He is an advocate for renewable energy, adopting a rational approach to implementation by verifying that clients are gaining both financially and environmentally. He’s developed good relationships with energy industry participants such as supply authorities, developers, contractors, and retailers and has a strong ability to pull the right stakeholders together to deliver a successful project. Highly regarded for these specialties, Mark speaks regularly at renewable energy events.
As of 2022, Mark will lead our WA Buildings Sustainability and Energy teams to help clients adapt and advance as they transform to the new reality of a lower-carbon future.
Mark enjoys playing social basketball and avoids cooking wherever possible. He loves to spend his weekends with a DIY hat on or hacking up a golf course, preferably with those equally as terrible.
