Gareth is a planning associate director and chartered planner who has several years of experience working across the public and the private sectors. He specializes in strategic land promotion, industrial and logistics development, and working with housebuilders to secure consents.
Gareth enjoys providing clear commercial planning advice to clients and solving complex issues. Given his experience in both the public and private sectors, Gareth’s key skills lie in communication and building strong relationships with and between stakeholders. His recent projects include securing an allocation for 500 homes and primary school in a neighborhood development plan in Bedford and securing permission for several industrial and logistics schemes across the south of England.
When he isn’t working on planning projects, Gareth is a keen golfer and maintains a handicap of scratch. He also enjoys traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
