Lauren is a human resources business partner with experience in recruiting, employee relations, coaching, and strategic partnership. Since she joined us, she has been part of Stantec’s Military and Veteran Advocate Employee Resource Group (MAVA ERG) and has served as chair of the MAVA ERG in the United States for three years.
Though not a veteran herself, Lauren is very passionate about the military and veteran population. Many of her family members, including siblings, father, grandfathers, and numerous cousins, have all served in various branches of the US military.
Taking her passion for serving in her community further, Lauren is an active member of the Junior League of Portland, Maine. She also enjoys hiking, reading, traveling, and baking.
