As a geotechnical engineer focused on road and tunnel projects Gwangha’s top three priorities are safety, safety, and safety. He has over two decades of geotechnical engineering experience, strongly focused on investigations for infrastructure projects, geotechnical design, and project management. He is proud to serve as a technical lead and a Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) RAQs designated contact for high complexity tunneling.
Gwangha is passionate about the technical aspects of his profession. He sees each project as a complex puzzle to solve in exacting detail. He is proud of his work specializing in geotechnical investigation program development, investigation and laboratory test data processing, geotechnical design, and reporting. For him, each project is an opportunity to demonstrate reliability and competence, and to build trust.
Outside work, Gwangha enjoys spending time with his family. He likes to play sports, such as tennis, swimming, ice-hockey, taekwondo and skiing, and do backyard BBQ’s with his kids.
