Peter’s personal commitment to excellence significantly informs his work as the group lead for Practice Services. He developed our ISO-certified Integrated Management System and oversees our Practice & Innovative Technology group as well as the Creativity & Innovation and R&D tax credit teams. He also helped create and continues to manage Stantec’s PM framework, PM career stream, and PM boot camps, and he’s been responsible for reorganizing and recruiting executive leadership for the Human Resources and Health, Safety & Environment teams.
Currently, Peter’s work focuses on leading the PM prequalification process and promoting computational/parametric design tools and enhanced visualization tools. However, one of his most rewarding professional experiences was as principal of the RCMP Northern BC Headquarters project in Prince George, British Columbia, which received the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada’s nationally-recognized Award of Excellence for Contract Documentation.
Peter is committed to mentoring, coaching, and contributing to the health and wellbeing of our Company and the external community. His goal is to guide and motivate young people to recognize and achieve their full potential—in all aspects of their lives.
