Brett has more than a decade of experience in real estate planning, investment, portfolio management, pre-development coordination, land acquisitions, due diligence, and energy and infrastructure consulting. He has advised industry-leading property owners and developers on opportunities and forward-looking portfolio activities.
Having worked on various development platforms, Brett understands the layered complexities of large urban in-fill, industrial repositioning, and master planned projects. He has managed many multidisciplinary teams and has a thorough understanding and appreciation of the value of varied skill sets at different points in a project’s lifecycle. Brett has enjoyed working with public and private clients on feasibility studies, development proformas, joint-development and public-private partnership structuring, dispositions, acquisitions, and other matters.
Outside of work, Brett enjoys sailing, cycling, hiking, and competitive long-distance running—activities that get decidedly less attention these days with three young children, all of whom he is training for Olympic glory.
