With over 18 years of experience and decisive leadership skills, Ross provides management and design expertise for transportation and civil engineering projects for the Florida Department of Transportation and other public agencies, municipalities, and private clients.
Ross’s technical expertise is board ranging from; alignment/right-of-way studies, contract specification, and cost estimating to highway and drainage design, traffic signalization, work zone traffic control, and utility coordination and lighting.
As a senior project manager, Ross is involved not only in our transportation projects, but also expanding our Florida services.
