With nearly 20 years of experience, Gary is a chartered town planner who applies his technical knowledge and insight into local authority procedures and practices to urban renewal projects. He also has experience working on office developments, tall building proposals, build-to-rent, retirement living, strategic site promotion work, and small-scale residential schemes for individual clients and landowners.
Gary has a passion for estate regeneration schemes and has worked with several leading developers to secure permission for a variety of high-profile projects, including the Alton Estate in Roehampton and the Friary Park Estate in Acton. He has also worked directly for local authorities in bringing forward estate regeneration and infill development proposals.
A keen supporter and mentor of younger professionals, Gary helped with the rollout of our graduate program.
Outside of work, Gary is an enthusiastic sports fan and can often be found playing golf on various courses across the south of England. He also enjoys running and has taken up boxing as part of personal training sessions.
