A risk and quality management professional, Lisa is also a certified internal auditor and leads the Practice Services team in the Asia Pacific region. She is responsible for assessing and championing business adherence to Stantec’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and compliance with Stantec’s International Organization for Standardization (ISO) certifications.
Lisa has extensive experience in business process design and improvement, ensuring that these structures support the business in delivering high quality, consistent services to clients.
Through her prior roles, Lisa also has experience in Sox auditing, contract risk management, corporate governance and health, safety and environment compliance. She has also been involved in several risk related projects for clients, focusing on demand modeling and forecasting projects and qualitative and quantitative risk assessments across Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys bike rides, bush walks, and beach visits with her family. At home, you’ll find her experimenting with recipes in the kitchen or curled up with a book or crime drama.
