Shreya joined our team as a graduate electrical engineer and is now an electrical project technical lead. Her primary capabilities lie in health care design including work on hospitals, mental health facilities, consulting, labs, and more. She leads projects from concept design to construction and is driven to produce quality design documentation.
With experience in the design, documentation, and commissioning of electrical services, Shreya also works on lighting design, power distribution, electrical infrastructure design, and other electrical systems. She has gained valuable experience in low voltage switchgears and switchboard installation, motor control centres, along with associated control logic design. Shreya is leading a team of 6 on the New Footscray Hospital project—the AUD$1.6 billion development will be a post-disaster category 1 facility, where if there is a loss of power or water the hospital will still be able to operate at capacity for 2 days.
Outside of work, Shreya likes to paint and sew. She makes dresses and stitches or knits sweaters for charity donations.
