Tim didn’t know that he wanted to be an engineer but his aptitude for science and math drew him to engineering. Now, with 30-plus years of design experience, there’s no doubt engineering has found a place in his heart.
Tim has been involved in more than 25 major street and highway improvement projects in Alaska. But more than just designing roads, Tim wants to help shape his community. He is heavily involved in the Anchorage Economic Development Corporation, serving as the 2014 chair of its Board of Directors. AEDC provides industry expertise and economic resources to both large corporations and growing companies interested in locating or expanding their business in Anchorage.
Tim’s time away from work is often spent with his family visiting the Eagle River Nature Center with its miles of trails in the Chugach State Park, one of the largest parks in the country.
