Gina is a global inclusion & diversity coordinator at Stantec, acting as a change agent for engagement, inclusion, diversity, equity and compliance, and enabling Stantec’s global strategic plan. Her goal is to design and help implement programs that promote an inclusive, engaged, and inspiring culture that attracts and retains diverse talent while adhering to the highest levels of equity compliance. Gina is also the coordinator of the Military and Veteran Advocates Program at Stantec.
As the Canada lead for our Developing Professionals Group (DPG), Gina oversees the DPG Leadership team in Canada, developing national strategies and championing initiatives that unite early-career professionals and provide them with a platform to learn and grow. She brings a wealth of experience in program coordination, office management, financial management, and executive-level support. Her expertise lies in ensuring operational efficiency, curating ideas, and creating meaningful employee engagement opportunities.
Particularly passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion, Gina has obtained numerous certifications with the Canadian Centre for Diversity & Inclusion. She also serves as an Advisory Council Member on the City of Vancouver Gastown Historic Area Planning Committee.
