As a global inclusion, diversity, and equity (IDE) consultant, Gina is a change agent for IDE and compliance. She is advancing our global IDE corporate strategy through the design and implementation of programs that foster an inclusive, engaged, and inspiring culture by removing barriers and obstacles for equity-deserving groups. She specializes in cultivating and facilitating ideas, supporting operational efficiency, and creating meaningful employee engagement opportunities.
Globally, Gina oversees and supports our Women@Stantec, Neurodiversity, and Indigenous Connections Employee Resource Groups as well as our gender equality initiatives spearheaded by the Women’s Leadership Development Committee. As a Canadian IDE consultant, Gina coordinates the Canada IDE Council and the Persons of Colour Committee. She holds numerous certifications with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion.
Gina’s passion for IDE goes beyond her work, and she serves as a council member on the City of Vancouver Women’s Advisory Committee.
