He provides valuable strategic leadership managing successful teams and projects with Fortune 500 Clients, including General Mills, Quaker Oats, Cargill, Richardson's, and Frito-Lay as well as bio companies including Nature Works, BioAmber, and Puris.
His expertise is in food and bio-processing projects including breakfast cereals, yogurt, salt, sweeteners, alcohols, oils, and specialty chemicals. His focus? Projects that convert agricultural products into food, feed, chemicals, and energy. He has been successful in promoting out-of-the-box approaches to projects, including the use of 3D scanning, virtual reality, and augmented reality for engineering and construction projects.
Away from the office, Dean stays busy outdoors hiking local woods, driving backcountry Jeep trails, and exploring the boundary waters in a canoe.
