Passionate about client satisfaction, Kristen has over two decades of experience in water and wastewater planning and preliminary and final design engineering. Every day, she’s inspired by her the work her industry does—Kristen knows how important utilities are to advancing and sustaining our civilization.
One of Kristen’s most rewarding projects is her work on a project for JXN Water to repair and replace aging and deteriorated water and wastewater conveyance infrastructure. Why? Because it will help a large community obtain a safe and reliable drinking water supply that has been compromised for many years. Kristen is set apart by her ability to provide value to the client through obtaining a full understanding of client aspirations and meeting those goals with creative solutions. She does this by talking with system operations staff to understand their challenges and tailoring design efforts to reduce or eliminate existing challenges.
Outside of the office, Kristen enjoys going to concerts and listening to live music—it helps her relax and provides a great venue for people watching and social interaction.
