Luxury landscape architecture
Set within the larger, master planned residential resort community, Stantec provided landscape architecture services for the 219 room beachfront resort. It features a Four Seasons branded 18 hole championship golf course designed by Greg Norman, with accompanying clubhouse, a full-service spa, a tennis center, multiple dining venues, casino, and a conference center. Two resort pools are inlaid among the resort’s 38 landscaped acres with each oceanfront room having its own balcony, private garden, or plunge pool with dramatic views of Emerald Bay.
Emerald Bay is a 470 acre master planned luxury residential and Four Seasons resort community located on the island of Great Exuma, Bahamas. Of the 365 islands in the Exuma chain, Great Exuma and its sister island, Little Exuma, play host to the resort living and leisure opportunities of sailing, fishing, golf, tennis, health and fitness and fine dining that rivals the best the Caribbean has to offer.
