Helping design an expansive office building with a number of staff-focused amenities
Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (Anadarko Petroleum), an American petroleum and natural gas exploration and production company, was looking for a new, chic headquarters in The Woodlands, Texas. Anadarko Tower provided the ideal answer.
Our job was mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design for the new headquarters. As the tallest building between Houston and Dallas, Anadarko Tower offers 850,000 square feet (79,000 square metres) of office space, as well as computer rooms, trading floors, a full-service cafeteria (seating up to 300), and an expansive garage. The company occupies about three quarters of the building’s total interior space. In addition to the administrative area, it operates a technical resource center, rock laboratory, reproduction facility, and fitness center for 200 employees within this space. The remaining space is leased out to industry-related tenants.
Our design work gives Anadarko Petroleum a sophisticated, well-equipped, and staff-focused place to run its operations. Through this tower, the company can provide enhanced service to clients and improved support to employees.
