A turnkey solution for an elaborate project
The developer of Colonial Square, a high profile commercial and retail development on a heavily travelled east-west corridor, had signed the first Kohl’s Department Store in the area as anchor tenant. The next step was getting the necessary site development permits through the City of Fort Myers, Lee County, South Florida Water Management District, and Florida Department of Environmental Protection.
Based on our relationship and experience delivering on previous projects for the developer, Stantec was asked to take on this challenge. Our Fort Meyers team completed all required engineering, surveying, ecological, and landscaping professional services, we were able to meet the client’s requirements and expectations for the aggressive development plan and schedule.
