Transforming an empty space to a bustling community
Near downtown Phoenix, on the corner of 16 Street and Highland, lies an infill site with the potential to be transformed into a one-acre (0.5-hectare), 350-unit, multi-family, mixed-use community. But it’s going to take some work—some engineering design to be exact.
The Crescent Highland single-phase project calls for one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, 8,000 square feet (750 square metres) of ground-level commercial space facing 16 Street, and a parking garage for residents and visitors. Our team will provide engineering services that include management of the abandoned existing utilities, zoning assistance, water and sewer modeling, grading, drainage, underground retention design, and construction plans for a wrap-style, multi-family development.
With a little help from our experienced team, a thriving six-story, mixed-use community will soon animate and replace the empty space that once represented this street corner.
