Managing a 60,000-square-foot expansion from concept through close-out
After our Project Management team’s active work for Lakeland Regional Health (LRH), LRH brought us in again to help them deliver another project on time and on budget. This new two-story medical office building is located on the southeast corner of Harden Boulevard and Edgewood Boulevard in Lakeland, Florida, just south of LRH’s existing medical office building.
Our team managed the project from development of the design and documentation through to construction and close-out. They served as the owner's representative and managed critical components including budget and schedule. Their diligent work ensured that the project was delivered without surprises.
The new facility includes a canopy at the main entrance for patient drop-off and pick-up, and it houses orthopedic clinics, rehabilitation, ENT/pulmonary clinics, OB/GYN clinical, and a primary care clinic—further extending the services at Lakeland Regional Medical Center.
