Comprehensive visioning, planning and architectural design
In Boulder, Colorado, hotel options are slim and, finding a room at a reasonable price was no easy task. The Stonebridge Companies asked for our help to address this problem. Working as associate architect to Newman Architecture, we provided comprehensive visioning, planning, and architectural design for a new Residence Inn Boulder.
The selected site is prominent, located at the southwest corner of Canyon Boulevard and 26th Street. The new hotel features 171-rooms, approximately 5,800 square feet of meeting space, an amenity laden lobby that includes a lounge, indoor pool, and exercise facility, as well as unobstructed views to the Boulder Flatirons. For visitors, this location offers direct access to public transit and is within walking distance to some of Boulder’s finest shopping and dining destinations.
With Residence Inn in place, downtown Boulder is now ready for a boost in tourism, giving visitors a comfortable home base while they explore the city.
