Located at Montgomery Farm in Allen, Texas, Watters Creek is a 53-acre, mixed-use development that offers a wide array of shopping and dining experiences. Truly designed with the customer—and environment—in mind, the site includes approximately 520,000 square feet of specialty retail and leisure space, 285 residential units, and 170,000 square feet of commercial office space. A 135-room hotel and a cinema are soon to come as well.
Where does Watters Creek get its name? From the creek that runs directly through the development. We helped to capitalize on this feature, landscaping the area with ponds, waterfalls, and bridges while mitigating the impact on existing wetlands and waters. Defined by its conservation-focused designs and wide-open spaces, Watters Creek is one of the first retail developments in Texas to become LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design).
Developed by Trademark Property Company of Fort Worth and constructed by the Linbeck Group, our team would step in to provide civil engineering and surveying services. The site also features a grocery store, restaurants, a bookstore, specialty shops, a bank, and multi-family residences in an urban village setting.
