Multidisciplinary collaboration supports the design of an ultra-luxury residential community which celebrates its natural setting and active leisure.

Perched across 145 picturesque acres (59 hectares) overlooking Lake Austin, the rolling West Austin hills, and the city skyline, this ultra-luxury residential enclave provides unique waterfront living. Crafted for those who crave the extraordinary, it boasts 189 for-sale condominiums and 28 private villas, all thoughtfully woven together with world-class amenities.

We acted as architect of record on the design for this modern residential project in collaboration with Handel Architects. Stantec orchestrated a multidisciplinary collaboration, as well as providing sustainability and building engineering services, to bring this visionary project to life.

Encompassing 13 buildings and an expansive plaza, this one-of-a-kind community totals 1,195,000 square feet (111,000 square metres). Amenities include a private restaurant, a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, a resort-style pool, an inviting clubhouse, and a 47-slip boat dock. A sports complex offers a golf simulator, climbing walls, and courts for basketball, pickleball, and paddle sports. The residential development is organized around multiple terraced low-rise buildings, the natural landscape, private waterfront, and more than 2,000 acres (809 hectares) of greenspace. The residences connect to a central plaza and amenities. Each element is designed to create an elevated living experience.

Guided by a precise, detail-focused approach, the design team works hand in hand with the developer, brand innovators, and expert consultants to ensure the community harmonizes with its breathtaking surroundings. The design seamlessly integrates every element into the topography, preserving panoramic views with sensitivity to the environment.
