Juliet has 20 years of consultancy experience in health, social and economic assessment, strategic site development research, and planning. Working closely with developers and technical leads to minimise the negative impacts of development on people, she makes the most of opportunities to deliver benefits and social value to communities.
Responsible for bringing together the disciplines of social value, inclusive design, equality, and health assessment, Juliet ensures proposals promote equality, challenge discrimination, and are accessible to all. By delivering societal and environmental benefits, she helps to shape places fit for the future. Her specialisms include social and health impact assessments—including environmental impact assessments and social value frameworks—inputs to the design process, and design audits.
Juliet enjoys competitive netball, kayaking, and making lots of noise with the Waterbeach Brass Band, and—after ten years running her garden design practice—she’s a keen gardener.
